Bul Chol society was founded upon customary principles that recognized the supremacy of God and the rule of law traditionally. That is why we always say “God Lead Us”.

    The name of this Association shall be calling from now onward as Bul Community Association (BCA).  It was organized as a non-profitable and non-political organization. It only encourages the developmental issues that are facing Bul Chol society only.

Bul Community Association Vision Statement

    We, the people of Bul Community Association are committed to work together to form a more perfect union; and support each other during difficulties.  We are committed to do the best we can, to help our people back home with the development of our community.

            

            Fundamental Freedoms of Bul community members

Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:

I. Freedom of conscience and religion; you can be Christian, or believe in African’s gods.

 II. Freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression as long as it is not offensive to the other members. Please see more in community bylaws.

 The main objectives of the Bul Community Association are to promote:

a) Unity and solidarity among Bul Chol people forever

b) Education

c) Development in Bul county

d) Cultural activities in diasporas as well in the Sudan

e) Bul global networking internationally where ever they are

f) To stimulate an active interest of Bul and to work with other southern Sudanese as well

 

          The Past and the Future of Bul Society

                      The Past

       Bul Chol had devoted most of their time to the Cattle wealth, compare to the other Nuer sub-clans, and other tribes of Southern Sudan as well.   As a result of their dedication to the livestock, ninety percent of Bul population are “Gaatchibany” meaning possess a large number of Cattle.  Even these terrible days of life, Bul haven’t lost the confidence of prosperous mentality.  Bul Land has been blessed by the Nuer number one Prophet, Ngundeng Boong, who said “The Land of Bul Lek will be surrounded by Cattle.”   After such a wonderful blessing, Bul have also received a multiple blessings from their Great-Great Grandfather, Chol, who said to them “your wealth will be like sand.”And therefore, Bul Land becomes the “WONDERLAND,” in which poverty is not a native of Bul Land.

              The Future

       Today and Tomorrow, much attention of Bul Chol have been turned towards Education.  And according to the yearly report, more than one Thousand High School Students and more than two Hundreds College and University Students graduated every year, across worldwide.  Education is the most recent target for both young and old generations.

As Vice chairman of Bul Community Association in Canada, I am excited to begin by telling you all thank you for what you have done. Also in this organization, I hope you will have a very excellent reputation to run this business in the future without doubt. I have an enaugh confident in your performance from now on word about your hard working ethus. 

Your flyer advertisement has provided me with a strong belief about your seriousness in doing business and well practical skills that you have used based on your undoubted performance for a short period of time. I am particularly interested in this company, because it is ours, and we will own it as ours, not as a foreign company. We can change our community in anyway necessary to promote our gracious social values in Africa, as well as internationally. Dear Brothers and Sisters

We are congratulationing your success upon the celebration of our company for the first time. It is according to me and to everybody, an excellent and utopian idea which has been brought up by our beloved brother Looth Mah Tang last year.

 But it needs every one’s participation and full implementation of the company directive polices. Take this company as the backbone of Southern Sudan at large

I repeat, consider Bul community Company as a tool for our economic solution without any retardation.

This idea come from Looth Mah Tang, but serving people must be our major goal and target under greater achievement.

I am giving thanks to Almighty God for having sent this fruitful decision into Looth’s mind and be introduced actively with full potential commitment.

Letter From Nairobi,Kenya Date: 14/07/2009   My dear Bul community that lives in Sudan:    Welcome to BCCS or Maangier   We are appreciative concerning our company in Kenya; and we are working hard for it.   I’m so much appreciative and supportive to our company that Looth Mah Tang formed last year in Australia.    I like this company personally because Looth has a program of serving and training our community in Southern Sudan with agricultural activities such as the modern methods of farming and banking system as being stipulated clearly in the constitution of the company.    South Sudan has just emerged from the civil war; and therefore, the impacts of war are still affecting the lives of people of Sudan in general and particularly Southern Sudan.     If you have come up with such fantastic and marvellous program of establishing this company in our country, it is however, good news to the Unity state community that lives in Kenya.    On behalf of the Unity state Community in Kenya and beyond the East Africa countries; we are here passing on to you our happiness and sincere supports to the Managers who opened the company account in Khartoum especially Director Peter Tem, Checkout Manager, George Mawichyor and Treasure Joseph Kume.
